Needless to say, Gstaad is a paradise. Period. Amazing 5 stars hotels, awesome Michelin stars restaurants and great events.  Like the Davidoff Saveurs Gstaad food festival. Life has to be passion-driven.  Le Grand Bellevue is such a passion affair.  Therefore just the perfect place for a very perfect Davidoff Saveurs evening.. A fairy-tale garden is where Louis Roederer is.. Davidoff. Time beautifully filled. Indeed. The owner Daniel Koetser was as usual a very perfect host.. After his great welcome speech, a flood of excellent delicacies followed all evening long: sea urchin soup, lamb, basil sorbet, pigeon, truffle, foie gras.. No wonder that Leonard's, the Grand Bellevue's restaurant is awarded with 1 Michelin Star  and 14 Gault&Millau points..  The only question is why only one..? As Madame Mallory said: One Michelin star is good. Two is amazing. Three is only for the gods. And
