Catching the light..

Being at the Manet exposition at the Musée d'Orsay I really tried but I just couldn't find out what is so fascinating about his paintings. They are sad. They are boring. For me personally, Monet was a painter who really had the ability to catch the light or van Gogh was a genius who created in a revolutionary way, but predilection for art is a topic it shouldn't be discussed about. To quote Karl Lagerfeld, the quintessence of the XXI century's art: Fashion, music and art escape every logical concept. He is right. Admiration is unexplainable.

Some Royal Days in the Kingdom of Style..

After landing in Paris, I met my best friend at the Royal Monceau for a glass of champagne to celebrate her birthday. Later that night we got an invitation from Raphaël Mezrahi for the birthday party of Adriana Karembeu at the Berkeley Restaurant . We ended this amazing Celebration Evening at La Villa, so the day of arrival was just perfect. Next morning, while sitting in one Parisian Café and looking at the pavement, I just felt like being in front of a catwalk. Style overwhelms Paris. It is just epidemic in this city. Thus a simple walk through the beautiful avenues can make an incertitude crystal clear.. This place is pure inspiration. But even with a head full of ideas, it takes some time to make those alive. We need a wand or determination. Nevertheless, we just need sometimes to hear: ,, Action "! But no matter what happens we have to carry on with our dreams..
